Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile games, apps and website provided by Giggly Games ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- Account – any profile or game progress linked to you within our Services.
- Content – games, graphics, sounds, text, characters and other material in the Services.
- Device – the phone, tablet or other hardware you use to access the Services.
- In-App Purchases – virtual items, features or subscriptions you may buy inside our games.
- Services – all games, apps and websites operated by Giggly Games.
- User – anyone who accesses or uses the Services.
- Third-Party Services – services run by others, such as Google Play, Google AdMob and Firebase.
2. Use of Services
2.1 Age requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
2.2 Account responsibility
You are responsible for your Device and any account information connected to the Services, and for keeping it secure.
2.3 Content usage
Our Content is provided for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. All rights not expressly granted to you remain with Giggly Games or its licensors.
2.4 Service changes
We may update, change, suspend or stop any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. In-App Purchases and Ads
3.1 Payments
Purchases are handled by the app store you downloaded from (for example, Google Play) and are subject to that store's terms.
3.2 Refunds
Purchases are generally non-refundable, except where the app store's refund policy or applicable law requires otherwise.
3.3 Subscriptions
Any subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel them through your app store account settings.
3.4 Advertising
Our games are free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Ads are provided by third parties and we are not responsible for their content.
4. User-Generated Content
4.1 Your content
If our Services let you submit content such as names, scores or feedback, you allow us to use and display it in connection with the Services.
4.2 Restrictions
You must not submit anything that is illegal, offensive, abusive, or that infringes someone else's rights.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- break any law or these Terms while using the Services;
- cheat, exploit bugs, or interfere with how the Services work;
- try to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
- upload or spread viruses or other harmful code.
We may suspend or end your access if you violate these rules.
6. Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Intellectual Property
The Services and all Content are owned by Giggly Games or its licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them under these Terms.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You can stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling our apps. After termination, you may lose access to game progress and purchased items.
9. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Giggly Games is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your place of residence, unless local law requires otherwise. Where permitted, disputes may be resolved through arbitration.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page, and continuing to use the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
12. General
If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Giggly Games.
